The Cloud Nine Story

Since the age of seven I have been visiting Mexico, its exciting big cities, charming towns, dreamy beaches, fascinating archaeological sites, & studied Spanish there too. One of my favorite places has always been Taxco, with its rambling cobblestone streets, bustling vibrancy, lovely people...and its unending offerings of silver goods. Taxco has been an epicenter of silver work since pre-Hispanic times  & is the hub for many of the world's finest silversmiths working with some of the purest silver on earth. 

I have so much fun exploring Taxco for beautiful silver items & learned upon wearing my Taxco jewelry in Chicagoland, so many others wanted some too! So in 2005 I started shopping for more to bring home to the States and Cloud Nine Sterling was born. 

Now in my nineteenth year of selling  jewels at area markets, fund-raisers, artisan events, and pop -up shops, it is still so fun & rewarding. Seeing people light up at finding something they really want often when least expecting it is one of the great perks . I look forward to these moments with my loyal customers and new fans alike.
